3. Eligibility
To use the App, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable legal age in your jurisdiction).
- Possess a valid Google account.
- Consent to grant the App access to your Google Drive and Google Sheets through OAuth authentication.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes.
- Ensure all uploaded content complies with Google and OpenAI content policies.
- Review and verify the accuracy of processed data before relying on it.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and tokens.

- Upload images or PDFs to selected Google Drive folders.
- Use OCR and text analysis features to extract and map data to Google Sheets.
- Browse both owned and shared Google Drive directories.
6. Restrictions
You may not:
- Use the App for illegal, harmful, or deceptive activities.
- Upload or transmit content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates third-party privacy.
- Access, use, or interfere with data or content you do not have permission to access.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the App’s functionality.
7. Data Usage and Integration
- The App accesses your Google Drive and Google Sheets only with your explicit consent.
- AI processing (via GPT-4o) is used only for extracting and mapping content; no personal data is stored or shared beyond processing.
- Uploaded files are stored only on your Google Drive.
- Temporary access tokens are stored securely and only for the duration of the session.
8. Modifications to the Service
The App may be updated periodically to introduce new features, enhance security, or improve functionality.
Major updates or integration changes will be communicated to users in-app or via email if applicable.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if:
